Job Description:
The Community Engagement Manager Analyst in Qurain plays a crucial role in analyzing and enhancing the effectiveness of the nonprofit’s engagement strategies. This role focuses on gathering feedback, evaluating outreach methods, and identifying community trends to ensure programs remain relevant and inclusive.
Duties include conducting community needs assessments, evaluating event participation and feedback, tracking engagement KPIs, and recommending strategy refinements. The analyst supports long-term planning for community partnerships and contributes to internal reporting.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in community development, sociology, or nonprofit studies. At least 4 years of experience in community engagement or participatory research. Skilled in data collection, stakeholder analysis, and community-centered design. Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation abilities.
