Responsibilities include creating an organizational learning framework, supervising capacity building staff, partnering with technical experts for curriculum development, and evaluating the impact of training programs. The director also supports HR in building onboarding and professional development plans.
Job Requirement:
Advanced degree in human resource development, education, or nonprofit management. At least 10 years in a leadership role within a learning and development or capacity-building team. Deep expertise in instructional design, curriculum development, and organizational diagnostics. Strong leadership, coaching, and facilitation skills.
