Job Description:
The Case Manager Officer provides direct support to program beneficiaries, managing a caseload that requires coordination of services, assessment of client needs, and individualized support planning. Based in Qurain, the officer works closely with social workers, healthcare providers, legal advisors, and other partners to ensure clients receive comprehensive and continuous care.
Duties include intake assessments, service referrals, progress monitoring, case documentation, and crisis intervention. The officer advocates for clients, supports goal-setting, and contributes to evaluation efforts to assess the quality of case management services.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or human services. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in case management, preferably with vulnerable or at-risk populations. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and record-keeping skills. Familiarity with case management software and community referral networks. Cultural competence and the ability to maintain confidentiality are essential.
