Job Description:
The Case Manager Analyst supports the case management team by analyzing trends in service delivery, client outcomes, and resource utilization. Based in Mahboula, the analyst plays a key role in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of client support programs through data-driven recommendations and systems enhancement.
Tasks include compiling case data, preparing performance dashboards, reviewing intervention outcomes, and contributing to reports for internal leadership and external donors. The analyst also helps design feedback loops for continual service improvement.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in social work, data analytics, or nonprofit management. 4+ years of experience working in case support or analysis roles. Strong data visualization and interpretation skills. Familiarity with impact reporting and client confidentiality protocols. Experience in both quantitative and qualitative data analysis is preferred.
