Job Description:
The Community Engagement Manager Consultant provides strategic guidance to strengthen the organization's relationship with local communities, amplify beneficiary voices, and ensure that programs are community-informed and inclusive. Based in Mahboula, the consultant reviews current outreach strategies, advises on best practices in engagement, and helps develop long-term community partnerships.
Key responsibilities include conducting stakeholder mapping, facilitating community dialogues, evaluating engagement outcomes, and recommending tools for participatory planning. The consultant supports internal teams through training and advises on culturally sensitive communication and feedback integration.
Job Requirement:
Master’s degree in community development, sociology, or public administration. At least 10 years of experience in community engagement consulting, especially with nonprofits or humanitarian organizations. Proficient in participatory methods, facilitation, and cross-cultural communication. Proven experience in designing inclusive engagement models and translating community insights into actionable program adjustments.
