Job Description:
The Communications Manager Strategist is responsible for creating, implementing, and overseeing strategic communication initiatives that enhance the nonprofit's public image, promote its mission, and strengthen community engagement. Based in Mahboula, this role requires advanced expertise in media strategy, brand development, and multi-channel content execution. The strategist leads messaging efforts that align with organizational goals, driving outreach across traditional and digital platforms.
The strategist collaborates with leadership to craft and manage campaigns, develop crisis communication frameworks, and align internal and external narratives. Duties include supervising a communications team, generating editorial calendars, managing press relations, coordinating social media content, and designing public awareness efforts. They play a vital role in advocacy communications and donor engagement storytelling.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor’s or Master’s in communications, journalism, or public relations. Minimum 8 years of experience in strategic communications within the nonprofit sector. Proficiency in content management systems, social media tools, and graphic design platforms. Strong leadership, creative writing, and campaign management skills. Deep understanding of audience segmentation and analytics.
