Job Description:
The Agri-Product Stock Manager will oversee the inventory and supply chain of agricultural and fisheries-related products, ensuring optimal stock levels for wholesale, retail, and export operations in Al Gharrafa. The manager will coordinate with procurement, warehousing, and distribution teams to maintain the freshness, quality, and traceability of perishable goods including vegetables, fruits, grains, fish, and livestock feed. Responsibilities include monitoring storage conditions, planning replenishments based on seasonal demand, and ensuring regulatory compliance regarding product handling and labeling. This role requires proactive risk assessment to avoid spoilage, overstocking, or understocking. Additionally, the manager will implement digital inventory tracking systems, manage stock audits, and report key performance indicators to senior management. Liaising with local farms, fisheries, transport providers, and government inspection units will be essential. The candidate must promote efficient storage practices, cost-effective procurement cycles, and timely distribution to maintain market competitiveness.
