Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Agricultural Packing Technician to join our team in Al Shamal, Qatar, within the Agriculture & Fisheries sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and executing the post-harvest handling, sorting, grading, and packing of agricultural produce such as fruits, vegetables, and herbs to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with market standards.
Key responsibilities include operating packing machinery, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the packing facility, monitoring packaging material inventories, and ensuring that packed goods are correctly labeled and stored. The technician will also assist with loading and dispatching shipments while maintaining accurate records of packed and shipped products.
The ideal candidate will work closely with the farm management and logistics teams to ensure efficient packing operations and timely delivery. Adherence to safety protocols and Qatari agricultural regulations is essential.
