We are seeking a dedicated Agricultural Cold Chain Worker to support our operations in Al Shahaniya, Qatar, within the Agriculture & Fisheries sector. The ideal candidate will ensure the proper handling, storage, and transportation of perishable agricultural products throughout the cold chain process, maintaining optimal temperatures and quality standards.
Key responsibilities include monitoring cold storage equipment, loading and unloading fresh produce, preparing shipments for local and export markets, and recording inventory and temperature data. The role also involves inspecting products for spoilage, ensuring hygiene and safety protocols are strictly followed, and collaborating with logistics and production teams to optimize efficiency.
This position is vital in preserving the freshness and market value of fruits, vegetables, dairy, seafood, and other temperature-sensitive products. Candidates must be comfortable working in cold environments and handling physical tasks. The ability to follow detailed procedures and maintain documentation is essential for regulatory compliance and food safety standards.
