Job Description:
The Aisle Stocking Assistant is responsible for maintaining fully stocked and organized aisles in retail stores located in Al Wukair, Qatar. This role involves monitoring stock levels on shelves, retrieving products from the stockroom or warehouse, and ensuring timely replenishment to meet customer demand. The assistant also helps arrange products neatly to enhance store appearance and customer accessibility.
Key duties include rotating stock to ensure freshness, checking product labels and expiration dates, and assisting with inventory audits and stock counts. The Aisle Stocking Assistant works closely with floor staff and supervisors to support sales goals and maintain a clean and safe shopping environment. Physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a team are essential for success.
Job Requirement:
Education: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Previous retail stocking or warehouse experience is preferred.
Skills:
Ability to lift and carry goods safely.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Attention to detail regarding stock rotation and shelf arrangement.
Ability to communicate effectively with team members.
Familiarity with safety standards in retail settings.
Language: Basic English communication skills; Arabic knowledge is a plus.
