Job Description:
The Commercial Cleaning Crew Member is responsible for delivering thorough cleaning services across retail outlets, commercial buildings, and shopping centers in Al Wakrah, Qatar. This role ensures that all areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, and public spaces, meet high cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Key tasks include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, trash removal, and sanitizing surfaces. Crew members may also operate specialized cleaning equipment and apply cleaning chemicals safely following established protocols. They work under the supervision of cleaning supervisors and coordinate with store management to address cleaning needs efficiently.
The role demands adherence to safety regulations, proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and maintaining cleaning equipment in good condition. Commercial Cleaning Crew Members contribute to a positive customer experience by keeping retail environments welcoming and safe.
Job Requirement:
Education: Basic literacy is preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in commercial or retail cleaning is advantageous.
Skills:
Familiarity with cleaning procedures and equipment.
Ability to follow safety and hygiene standards.
Physically capable of performing manual cleaning tasks.
Teamwork and good communication skills.
Language: Basic proficiency in English or Arabic.
