Job Description:
The Digital Order Fulfillment Worker is responsible for executing and managing customer orders placed through online platforms for retail operations in Al Thakhira, Qatar. This role ensures that digital orders are processed swiftly, accurately, and with attention to detail, from product picking to final packaging and dispatch. The worker collaborates with warehouse, inventory, and delivery teams to maintain high standards of e-commerce service.
Duties include retrieving items listed on digital order manifests, checking for product quality and availability, packaging products securely, labeling packages for delivery, and updating order tracking systems. The Digital Order Fulfillment Worker also addresses order discrepancies, assists with returns processing, and maintains digital records for audit and reporting purposes.
The role requires familiarity with order management systems (OMS), barcode scanning devices, and mobile warehouse tools. The worker may also assist with shelf restocking, product substitutions, and communicating with customer service when issues arise. Accuracy, time efficiency, and technological adaptability are key traits for this position.
Job Requirement:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training in logistics or IT is an advantage.
Experience: 1–2 years in digital order fulfillment, e-commerce logistics, or warehouse work.
Skills:
Proficient in using barcode scanners and order processing software.
High level of accuracy and organizational skills.
Ability to pack a variety of goods safely and efficiently.
Basic computer and mobile device literacy.
Understanding of retail fulfillment workflows and inventory systems.
Language: Basic English; Arabic is a plus.

Comfortable working under time constraints and shift schedules.
Physically fit and able to stand or move for long periods.
Ability to handle fragile or perishable products responsibly.
Willingness to work in coordination with tech-based order systems.
