Job Description:
The Bulk Goods Loader is responsible for the safe and efficient loading and unloading of large quantities of goods at retail warehouses and distribution centers in Al Khor, Qatar. This role supports the logistics and supply chain by ensuring that merchandise is handled carefully and moved promptly to storage or transport vehicles.
Key duties include manually or mechanically loading bulk items onto trucks, pallets, or shelves; checking incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage; and maintaining an organized loading area. The Bulk Goods Loader works closely with warehouse supervisors and delivery teams to coordinate loading schedules and ensure timely dispatch of goods.
Physical stamina and adherence to safety protocols are essential, as the role involves lifting heavy packages and operating loading equipment. The position requires vigilance to prevent product damage and workplace accidents, supporting the overall efficiency of the retail supply chain.
Job Requirement:
Education: Minimum high school diploma preferred; on-the-job training provided.
Experience: Prior experience in warehousing, loading, or manual labor is advantageous.
Skills:
Physical strength and stamina for lifting and moving heavy goods.
Knowledge of safe loading and unloading practices.
