Job Description:
The Area Director in Lusail is responsible for overseeing the operations, strategy implementation, and performance management of multiple business units or branches within a designated geographic area. This executive role ensures consistent service delivery, operational excellence, and revenue growth across all locations under the area’s jurisdiction.
Lusail—a visionary smart city and business hub in Qatar—demands an Area Director with a strong command of cross-functional leadership, commercial acumen, and operational agility. The role involves leading regional teams, managing area-wide KPIs, aligning initiatives with national development priorities, and maintaining compliance with corporate policies and government regulations. The Area Director also monitors market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to support sustainable expansion and innovation.
Job Requirement:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; an MBA or advanced leadership training is strongly preferred.
Experience: 10–12 years of experience in regional or multi-site operations leadership, with a minimum of 4 years in a director-level role.
Skills:
Proven ability to manage large, multi-location teams.
Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.
Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
Proficiency in performance analytics, quality control, and process optimization.
Ability to foster team alignment, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
Language: Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
