Job Description:
The Business Transformation Executive in Dukhan leads strategic initiatives aimed at reshaping business models, streamlining operations, and enhancing organizational performance to ensure long-term competitiveness and agility. This executive role is responsible for identifying transformation opportunities across departments, designing change management frameworks, and implementing innovation-driven solutions that align with corporate goals.
In Dukhan—a key industrial zone with energy, petrochemical, and logistics sectors—the Business Transformation Executive collaborates closely with senior leadership to manage large-scale change programs, digital upgrades, process optimization, and cultural realignment initiatives. Core duties include leading transformation roadmaps, monitoring KPIs, managing cross-functional teams, and mitigating risks associated with organizational change. The role also involves fostering a continuous improvement mindset across the workforce and ensuring alignment with Qatar’s national development goals.
Job Requirement:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Transformation, Management, or Industrial Engineering; MBA or professional certification in Change Management (e.g., PROSCI) preferred.
Experience: 10–12 years in transformation, strategy, or operational leadership roles, with 5+ years in an executive or program lead capacity.
Skills:
Proven experience in enterprise transformation and change management.
Strong project leadership and cross-functional coordination skills.
Proficiency in transformation tools, KPIs, and agile methodologies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder alignment abilities.
Expertise in process reengineering and performance improvement.
Language: Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is advantageous.
