Job Description:

The Business Process Director in Al Wukair is responsible for leading the design, optimization, and governance of enterprise-wide business processes to improve operational efficiency, quality, and scalability. This senior role works closely with functional leaders to identify performance gaps, standardize procedures, and implement continuous improvement initiatives aligned with strategic objectives. The director plays a vital role in transforming workflows, enhancing digital integration, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.

In Al Wukair—a rapidly developing urban area with increasing residential, commercial, and service infrastructure—the Business Process Director ensures streamlined coordination between departments, reduces redundancies, and champions automation and technology adoption. Responsibilities include leading process mapping, setting benchmarks and KPIs, managing change programs, and facilitating cross-functional training to embed process excellence across the organization.

Job Requirement:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Operations Management; Master’s or Six Sigma Black Belt certification is preferred.

Experience: 10–12 years of experience in business process management, with at least 5 years in a director-level or strategic transformation role.

Skills:

Expertise in process reengineering, quality frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma), and workflow automation.

Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management.

Proficiency in BPM tools, ERP systems, and data analytics platforms.

Ability to lead organizational change and facilitate cross-departmental collaboration.

Skilled in risk analysis, compliance, and operational reporting.

Language: Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is advantageous.
