Job Description:
The Associate Executive Director in Al Shamal supports the Executive Director in implementing strategic initiatives, overseeing operational activities, and ensuring organizational effectiveness across departments. This role is central to enhancing cross-functional coordination, driving efficiency, and executing executive-level priorities that align with the company's long-term vision.
Located in Al Shamal—a municipality with increasing development in infrastructure, logistics, and environmental programs—the Associate Executive Director plays a key leadership role in performance management, process improvement, stakeholder engagement, and policy execution. Responsibilities include supporting strategic planning processes, managing interdepartmental initiatives, preparing executive reports, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and national regulations. The role also acts as a proxy for the Executive Director in high-level meetings and facilitates internal communication across senior leadership teams.
Job Requirement:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, Management, or related field; a Master’s degree or executive leadership certification is preferred.
Experience: 8–10 years in organizational leadership or administration, including at least 3 years in a deputy, associate, or senior managerial capacity.
Skills:
Strong strategic thinking and operational oversight abilities.
Excellent project coordination, policy implementation, and analytical skills.
Proven leadership in cross-functional environments.
Ability to synthesize information into executive-level decision-making material.
High emotional intelligence and conflict resolution capability.
Language: Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is highly desirable.
