Job Description:
The Business Excellence Manager in Mesaieed is responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives, operational efficiency, and quality management across the organization. This leadership role focuses on implementing best practices, performance measurement, and process optimization to enhance overall business performance.
Situated in Mesaieed, a key industrial city in Qatar, the Business Excellence Manager collaborates with various departments to identify improvement opportunities, develop strategic plans, and oversee quality assurance programs. Key responsibilities include managing Six Sigma or Lean projects, conducting process audits, benchmarking performance, and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. The role also involves training and coaching teams on quality standards and improvement methodologies to sustain high performance.
Job Requirement:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; certifications in Six Sigma, Lean, or Quality Management are preferred.
Experience: 7–10 years in quality management, business improvement, or operational excellence roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma and Lean.
Excellent analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational change.
Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
Strong communication and training abilities.
Language: Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
