Job Description:
The Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) in Umm Salal is responsible for leading the commercial strategy, revenue growth, and market expansion efforts of the organization. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the CCO drives sales, business development, customer partnerships, and marketing alignment to ensure the company’s commercial goals are achieved sustainably and competitively. This role integrates customer insights, product positioning, and financial metrics to deliver consistent commercial performance.
Based in Umm Salal—a growing district with rising infrastructure and investment activity—the CCO oversees market segmentation strategies, pricing models, channel partnerships, and strategic alliances. Core responsibilities include managing commercial teams, directing business growth strategies, forecasting revenue, optimizing customer lifetime value, and identifying emerging market opportunities. The CCO collaborates closely with the CEO, CFO, and other C-level executives to align commercial plans with the company’s long-term vision.
Job Requirement:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing; MBA or Executive Leadership Certification preferred.
Experience: 12–15 years in commercial or business development roles, with at least 5 years in a C-level or senior leadership position.
Skills:
Strong strategic planning, negotiation, and revenue forecasting capabilities.
Deep understanding of market trends, competition, and customer behavior.
Experience managing high-performing sales and marketing teams.
Proficiency in CRM systems, performance analytics, and sales automation tools.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Language: Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is highly beneficial.
Other Requirements:
Familiarity with the commercial landscape of Qatar and GCC markets.
