Job Description:

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in Umm Salal holds the highest executive leadership role within the organization, responsible for shaping corporate vision, driving sustainable growth, and ensuring long-term profitability. As the strategic face of the company, the CEO sets organizational priorities, oversees day-to-day operations through senior leadership, and fosters partnerships with stakeholders, government bodies, and investors. This role demands a balance of visionary leadership and practical execution, ensuring alignment between business goals and national development objectives.

The CEO leads business expansion, champions innovation, and maintains high standards in governance and risk management. Responsibilities include leading corporate communications, formulating financial strategies, expanding market share, and developing a resilient company culture. In the growing economic hub of Umm Salal, the CEO must navigate regulatory frameworks, drive digital initiatives, and position the company as a leader in its industry. The CEO also serves as the chief representative of the organization in public, ensuring a reputable and influential presence in both domestic and international markets.

Job Requirement:

Education: Advanced degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Strategic Leadership (MBA or equivalent preferred).

Experience: Minimum 15 years in senior executive roles, with at least 5 years as CEO or Managing Director in a comparable organization.

Skills:

Exceptional leadership and organizational transformation abilities.

Strong financial management and strategic investment planning skills.

Advanced stakeholder and public affairs management.

Capable of fostering innovation and sustainability initiatives.

Expertise in corporate governance, ethics, and regulatory compliance.

Language: Fluent in English and Arabic (mandatory for public engagements).

Other Requirements:

Deep knowledge of Qatar’s economic and legal frameworks.

Proven track record in driving corporate growth and international partnerships.

Willingness to lead high-level negotiations and represent the company nationally and abroad.
