Job Description:
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in Umm Salal holds the highest executive leadership role within the organization, responsible for shaping corporate vision, driving sustainable growth, and ensuring long-term profitability. As the strategic face of the company, the CEO sets organizational priorities, oversees day-to-day operations through senior leadership, and fosters partnerships with stakeholders, government bodies, and investors. The CEO leads business expansion, champions innovation, and maintains high standards in governance and risk management. Job Requirement:
Education: Advanced degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Strategic Leadership (MBA or equivalent preferred).
Experience: Minimum 15 years in senior executive roles, with at least 5 years as CEO or Managing Director in a comparable organization.
