Job Description:

The Business Transformation Leader in Al Wukair is responsible for driving organizational change initiatives aimed at improving business processes, technology adoption, and overall operational efficiency. This leadership role oversees the development and execution of transformation strategies that align with corporate goals and market demands.

Based in Al Wukair, a growing commercial hub in Qatar, the Business Transformation Leader works closely with senior executives, department heads, and external consultants to identify transformation opportunities, manage change projects, and measure outcomes. Key duties include process redesign, digital transformation leadership, stakeholder engagement, and risk management. The role requires a visionary approach to navigate complex change environments and foster a culture of innovation and agility.

Job Requirement:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; advanced certifications in change management or business transformation preferred.

Experience: 8–12 years in business transformation, change management, or consulting roles, with at least 4 years in a leadership capacity.

Skills:

Strong expertise in change management methodologies and tools.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex transformations.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Proficient in project management and digital transformation platforms.

Analytical mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes.

Language: Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
