Job Description:
The Audio Content Developer in Mesaieed is responsible for creating, scripting, and producing high-quality audio content for podcasts, training programs, marketing campaigns, and multimedia platforms. This role requires a strong command of storytelling through sound, including scripting, voice direction, and audio editing, to produce content that is informative, culturally relevant, and engaging for diverse audiences in Qatar.
Key responsibilities include developing audio scripts, overseeing voice recordings, editing sound files, and ensuring clear, polished audio that aligns with project goals and brand guidelines. The developer also localizes global audio content and tailors messaging to resonate with Arabic and English-speaking audiences across corporate, educational, and public sectors.
The ideal candidate is an audio-savvy content creator with experience in scripting and post-production, and a passion for storytelling through soundscapes.
Job Requirement:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Audio Production, Media, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: 2–4 years in audio content development, podcast production, or multimedia storytelling.
Skills:
Proficiency in audio editing software (e.g., Audacity, Adobe Audition, Logic Pro).
Strong writing and storyboarding skills for audio formats.
Ability to guide voice talent and ensure audio clarity.
Knowledge of localization practices for bilingual audio content.
Familiarity with audio branding and production standards.
Language: Fluency in English required; Arabic proficiency highly preferred.
