Job Description:
The Brand Voice Specialist in Al Wakrah is responsible for defining, refining, and maintaining a consistent brand voice across all written communications and content platforms. This role ensures that the company’s tone, language, and messaging align with its values, personality, and audience expectations in both Arabic and English markets throughout Qatar.
Key responsibilities include developing voice and tone guidelines, reviewing and editing content for consistency, and working with content creators, marketers, and external agencies to ensure adherence to the brand’s linguistic identity. The specialist also adapts brand messaging for different formats—web, social media, ads, print—while retaining voice integrity and local relevance.
The ideal candidate is a linguistically skilled communicator with a keen sense of brand storytelling, tone alignment, and the ability to tailor language for culturally diverse audiences.
Job Requirement:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Linguistics, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 3+ years in brand writing, copy editing, or communications strategy.
Skills:
Strong understanding of tone, style, and language adaptation.
Excellent editing and proofreading skills.
Familiarity with brand development and audience segmentation.
Ability to manage and evolve a multi-platform voice guide.
Deep cultural insight into both Arabic and English-speaking markets in Qatar.
Language: Fluency in English and Arabic required.
