Job Description:
The Bilingual Spanish-English Translator in Al Daayen is responsible for delivering high-quality translations between Spanish and English for various sectors including legal, educational, industrial, and commercial services. The role involves translating a wide range of materials—such as contracts, safety manuals, policy documents, and internal communications—while maintaining accuracy, tone, and clarity.
This position supports organizations that engage with Spanish-speaking stakeholders, expatriates, or labor forces, ensuring smooth and professional cross-language communication. In addition to document translation, the translator may assist in live interpretation, bilingual correspondence, and the preparation of bilingual presentations or reports.
The translator works closely with HR departments, legal advisors, project managers, and content reviewers to ensure messages are linguistically precise and contextually appropriate. Cultural understanding and an ability to bridge communication gaps in diverse environments are critical.
Job Requirement:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Translation, Spanish Language, English Studies, or a related field. Professional certification is advantageous.
Experience: 2–4 years of experience in bilingual Spanish-English translation or interpretation.
Skills:
Native or near-native proficiency in both Spanish and English.
Experience translating formal and technical documents.
Excellent grammar, tone control, and editing capabilities.
Familiarity with CAT tools and document formatting standards.
Strong cross-cultural communication skills.
Language: Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
