Job Description:
The Brand Copy Specialist in Al Shamal is responsible for shaping and articulating a consistent brand voice across all customer-facing content. This role involves developing high-impact copy that reflects the organization’s identity, values, and tone, ensuring coherence across campaigns, packaging, product storytelling, digital platforms, and internal communications.
Key responsibilities include crafting headlines, taglines, product narratives, brand manifestos, and campaign slogans. The specialist collaborates with creative directors, designers, marketing teams, and brand strategists to ensure messaging aligns with broader brand positioning and target audience insights. Special emphasis is placed on maintaining linguistic consistency and emotional resonance, while adapting messages to suit different platforms and market segments.
This role requires a strong sense of storytelling, a creative mindset, and the ability to translate abstract brand principles into powerful, engaging content. The Brand Copy Specialist will also support brand guideline development, contribute to tone-of-voice documentation, and conduct audits to ensure message alignment across channels and regions.
Job Requirement:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Branding, Marketing, English, or related field.
Experience: 3–5 years in brand copywriting, content development, or creative strategy roles.
Skills:
Strong portfolio showcasing brand voice development and multi-platform copy.
Ability to craft emotionally engaging, succinct messaging for diverse formats.
Excellent command of English language and brand narrative techniques.
Skilled in translating complex brand concepts into accessible language.
Proficient in collaborative tools and feedback-driven creative development.
Language: Fluent English required; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
