Job Description:
The Backhoe Loader Operator in Al Khor operates backhoe loaders to perform excavation, digging, trenching, and material handling tasks on construction sites. The operator is responsible for safely maneuvering the equipment to prepare sites for building foundations, pipelines, and roadworks.
Daily duties include inspecting and maintaining the backhoe loader, interpreting work orders and site plans, and coordinating with supervisors and other machinery operators to ensure efficient project execution. The operator must adhere to safety protocols to prevent accidents and equipment damage.

Job Requirement:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; certification in heavy equipment operation preferred.
Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience operating backhoe loaders or similar heavy equipment.
Skills:
Skilled in backhoe loader operation, including excavation and material handling.
Ability to read site plans and work safely following instructions.
Knowledge of equipment maintenance and safety standards.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Physically capable of working outdoors in hot weather.
Language: Basic English proficiency; Arabic language skills are a plus.
