Job Description:
The Compressed Air Technician in Al Thakhira is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of compressed air systems critical to various industrial operations. This role includes monitoring system performance, diagnosing air compressor faults, and ensuring uninterrupted air supply for manufacturing and heavy machinery applications.
The technician performs routine inspections, services filters, valves, and pressure regulators, and troubleshoots leaks or mechanical failures. Maintaining optimal system efficiency and adhering to safety protocols is paramount to prevent operational delays and equipment damage.
The position involves collaboration with mechanical and electrical maintenance teams to coordinate repairs and upgrades. Accurate documentation of maintenance activities and spare part usage is essential for inventory and operational planning.
Job Requirement:
Education: Technical diploma or certification in mechanical or industrial maintenance.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience with compressed air systems maintenance.
Skills:
Expertise in diagnosing and repairing air compressors and related equipment.
Knowledge of pneumatic components, air quality control, and pressure systems.
