Job Description:
The Concrete Delivery Operator in Al Thakhira is responsible for transporting ready-mix concrete from batching plants to construction sites efficiently and safely. The operator ensures the concrete is delivered on time while maintaining its quality and preventing premature setting during transit.
Key responsibilities include conducting thorough vehicle inspections before departure, managing delivery schedules and routes, coordinating with site personnel for unloading, and performing routine maintenance checks on delivery vehicles. The operator also ensures compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies during all phases of transport.
This role requires a reliable and skilled driver with knowledge of heavy vehicle operations and concrete handling. The Concrete Delivery Operator plays a crucial role in supporting construction projects by ensuring timely and quality concrete delivery across Al Thakhira.
Job Requirement:
Education: Valid heavy vehicle driving license; basic educational qualification preferred.
Experience: Minimum 2 years driving experience with concrete delivery trucks or similar heavy vehicles.
Skills:
Proficient in operating heavy vehicles and understanding concrete transport requirements.
Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety procedures.
Ability to manage routes and schedules efficiently.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Physically fit and capable of working in outdoor conditions.
Language: Basic English proficiency; Arabic language skills are beneficial.
