Job Description:
The Compaction Equipment Operator in Dukhan is responsible for operating various compaction machinery such as vibratory rollers, compactors, and tamping equipment to prepare construction sites, roadways, and foundations. The operator ensures soil and asphalt layers are compacted to meet engineering specifications, providing a stable base for construction projects.
Key duties include inspecting equipment before use, adjusting machine settings according to material and site conditions, and collaborating with site supervisors to achieve optimal compaction results. The operator must also perform routine maintenance and report any mechanical issues promptly.

Job Requirement:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in heavy equipment operation preferred.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience operating compaction machinery or similar heavy equipment.
Skills:

Knowledge of soil and asphalt compaction techniques.
