Job Description:
The CNC Machine Operator in Mesaieed, Qatar, is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining computer numerical control (CNC) machines used to manufacture precision parts for industrial machinery and construction equipment. This role demands expertise in interpreting technical drawings and programming machines to achieve exact specifications.
Key duties include loading raw materials, selecting appropriate tools, and monitoring CNC machines during operation to ensure consistent quality. The operator performs routine maintenance, troubleshoots machine errors, and adjusts machine settings as needed to optimize performance. Close collaboration with engineers and quality control inspectors ensures all produced parts meet industry standards and project requirements.
Documentation of production data, machine logs, and maintenance activities is an integral part of the role. Adhering to safety protocols and quality assurance procedures is essential to maintain a safe work environment and high product standards.
Job Requirement:
Education: Technical diploma or certification in CNC machining, manufacturing technology, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience operating CNC machines in an industrial setting.
Skills:

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and CAD files.
