We are seeking a skilled and motivated Bioprocess Engineer / Manufacturing Scientist to join our cutting-edge biotechnology facility in Doha, Qatar. This role involves designing, optimizing, and scaling up biomanufacturing processes for the production of biologics, vaccines, or cell/gene therapies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with upstream (cell culture, fermentation) and downstream (purification, filtration) processes in a GMP-regulated environment.
Key responsibilities include developing process protocols, performing technology transfers, supporting validation activities, and troubleshooting production issues. You will collaborate with R&D, quality assurance, and regulatory teams to ensure process consistency and compliance with international standards.
A strong understanding of bioreactor operation, process control systems, and data analysis is essential. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biochemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or related field, with 3–5 years of relevant experience.

We are looking for a qualified and driven Bioprocess Engineer / Manufacturing Scientist to support our bioproduction operations in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biochemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, or a related life sciences discipline.
Experience:
Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in bioprocess development or GMP-compliant biomanufacturing.
Proven experience with upstream (cell culture, fermentation) and/or downstream (purification, chromatography) processes.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in bioreactor operation, process monitoring systems (SCADA, DCS), and data analysis.
Familiarity with equipment qualification, process validation, and tech transfer activities.
Knowledge of industry regulations (e.g., GMP, ICH, FDA/EMA standards).
Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
Excellent communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently in a dynamic, cross-functional team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in biologics, biosimilars, or gene/cell therapy manufacturing.
Knowledge of PAT (Process Analytical Technology) and QbD (Quality by Design) principles.
