Job Description:
The Biotech Solutions Consultant in Al Thakhira plays a strategic advisory role by providing tailored biotechnology-based solutions to clients across research, clinical, and industrial settings. This role involves assessing customer challenges, recommending appropriate biotech tools, products, or platforms, and supporting implementation to optimize operational outcomes.
Key responsibilities include conducting needs assessments, delivering product and technical presentations, collaborating with sales and R&D teams, supporting pre- and post-sales engagement, and providing troubleshooting assistance. The consultant also tracks emerging trends in biotechnology and translates client feedback into product development insights.
This position supports innovation-driven growth in Qatar’s life sciences sector by ensuring that institutions adopt high-impact biotech solutions that drive scientific advancement and operational efficiency.
Job Requirement:
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field. Additional certification in consulting or solution sales is advantageous.
Experience: 4–6 years in a biotech consulting, technical sales, or applications specialist role.
Skills:
Deep knowledge of life sciences technologies, platforms, and instrumentation.
Ability to translate complex scientific needs into practical, scalable solutions.
Strong presentation, client communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with CRM tools, proposal writing, and product demonstration.
Capacity to collaborate across scientific, commercial, and technical teams.
Language: Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.

Understanding of Qatar’s research institutions, clinical labs, and biotech priorities.
Willingness to travel locally for client consultations and training.
