Job Description:
The Clinical Communications Specialist in Al Wukair is responsible for creating, reviewing, and managing scientific and medical content related to clinical trials, product research, and patient engagement. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring that clinical findings are clearly and accurately communicated to regulatory agencies, healthcare professionals, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include writing clinical study reports, preparing investigator brochures, developing patient information materials, supporting medical publications, and coordinating internal training documents. The specialist also liaises with clinical research teams to interpret study data and align communication strategies with trial objectives and compliance standards.
This position supports Qatar’s biotech and healthcare innovation goals by delivering high-quality, regulatory-compliant communications that promote transparency, scientific rigor, and trust across the clinical research ecosystem.
Job Requirement:
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medical Writing, or related field. Certification in medical or scientific communication is preferred.
Experience: 3–5 years of experience in clinical communications, scientific writing, or regulatory documentation in a pharmaceutical, CRO, or biotech setting.
Skills:
Strong scientific writing, editing, and data interpretation abilities.
Familiarity with ICH-GCP guidelines and clinical trial documentation requirements.
Ability to tailor communications for diverse audiences (e.g., patients, physicians, regulators).
Skilled in using reference management and document control systems.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Language: Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is advantageous.
