Job Description:
The Mall Booth Attendant is responsible for managing retail booths within shopping malls in Mesaieed, Qatar. This role focuses on attracting customers, promoting products or services, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key duties include greeting visitors, explaining product features, processing sales transactions, restocking merchandise, and maintaining an attractive booth appearance. The attendant also handles inventory management for the booth, assists with setup and dismantling of displays, and ensures compliance with mall regulations.
The role requires strong customer engagement skills to answer inquiries and assist with purchases, while maintaining a positive shopping atmosphere. Effective communication with mall management, marketing teams, and customers is essential to support promotional events and sales targets.
Job Requirement:
Education: Minimum high school diploma preferred.
Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is advantageous.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage sales and operate point-of-sale (POS) systems.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Basic knowledge of product promotion and merchandising.
Comfortable working in a high-traffic, dynamic environment.
Language: Proficiency in English and/or Arabic.
