Job Description: Summary: We are currently seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Representatives to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Sales Representative in the Science & Pharmaceuticals industry, your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell our products or services to healthcare professionals, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies. Responsibilities: Promote and sell company products or services to healthcare professionals, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to drive sales and meet revenue targets. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare professionals, highlighting the features, benefits, and efficacy of the products. Provide accurate and up-to-date information on product specifications, usage, dosage, and contraindications. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions. Coordinate and organize product training sessions, workshops, and conferences for healthcare professionals. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify sales opportunities and develop strategies. Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and plans to track sales performance and provide insights to the management team. Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand the customer base and stay updated with industry developments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Job Requirement: Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field. Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar role in the science and pharmaceutical industry. In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical products, medical devices, or scientific equipment. Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance, and ethical standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with healthcare professionals. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building long-term customer relationships. Self-motivated and target-oriented with a strong drive for results and success. Ability to effectively present and communicate technical and scientific information. Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills to close sales and overcome objections. Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.
