Job Requirement:
2 years of baking experience is required, preferably in artisan or specialty bakeries. Knowledge of dough fermentation and traditional techniques is preferred.
You should be able to work independently, manage baking schedules, and lift heavy ingredients. Attention to detail and love for baking are a must.
