Job Description:
We are seeking a Back Kitchen Support team member to assist our culinary operations in Seville. This position plays a vital role in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and efficiency in the back-of-house kitchen area.
Your responsibilities will include transporting ingredients, cleaning prep stations, replenishing supplies, assisting with dishwashing during peak hours, and helping the chefs with non-cooking tasks like portioning or packing. You’ll also be involved in unloading deliveries and storing items appropriately in dry and cold storage.
This is a physically active role that ensures chefs can operate efficiently in a clean and organized environment. It’s an ideal entry point for someone interested in hospitality or food production.
Job Requirement:
No formal education is required. However, experience in kitchen environments or food service is preferred. You must be able to work quickly and follow instructions with minimal supervision.
You should be physically fit, comfortable standing for long shifts, and capable of lifting up to 20 kg. Attention to hygiene, time management, and a willingness to support others is essential. Proper training in kitchen safety and sanitization will be provided.
