Job Description:
We are looking for a Bakery Mixing Technician to join our commercial baking unit in Seville. You will be responsible for measuring, weighing, and mixing dough and batter based on standardized recipes to prepare bread, cakes, and pastries.
Daily tasks include loading industrial mixers with flour, sugar, and liquids; checking for dough consistency; monitoring mixing times; and preparing batches for baking. You'll also clean mixing equipment between batches and ensure accurate labeling of dough containers for oven processing.
This position is crucial to the consistency of baked goods. You will report to the head baker and work closely with the preparation and baking teams to meet daily production targets while maintaining high-quality standards.
Job Requirement:
Candidates must have prior experience in a commercial bakery or food production setting. Familiarity with dough textures, industrial mixers, and food safety standards is required.
You must be comfortable working early shifts, standing for long hours, and lifting heavy bags of ingredients. A good understanding of recipe adherence and the ability to scale batch sizes accurately is essential. Basic math and recordkeeping skills are helpful. Cleanliness, attention to detail, and reliability are a must.
