Job Description:
We are hiring a Belt Line Worker for our packaging facility in Barcelona. As a member of the belt line crew, you will help process and package food products by monitoring, sorting, and inspecting items as they move along conveyor systems.
Your responsibilities include removing damaged products, organizing items for labeling, feeding materials into machines, and assisting with packing into boxes or crates. You will be expected to maintain a steady workflow, ensure products meet quality standards, and communicate with supervisors about any issues.
This role is repetitive but critical, and it requires precision, speed, and alertness. Working alongside others, you will contribute to smooth and efficient production processes.
Job Requirement:
No previous experience is necessary, but candidates must be reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of standing for long hours. Basic understanding of production safety and hygiene practices is an advantage.
You should be able to handle repetitive tasks, lift up to 15 kg, and work in a fast-paced setting. Good communication skills and teamwork are important for staying aligned with shift goals. Training will be given on safety, hygiene, and product handling.
