Job Description:
We are hiring a Beverage Expert to oversee our bar and beverage program in Valencia. This role includes menu creation, supplier coordination, staff training, and maintaining premium drink standards.
You will be responsible for introducing seasonal specials, managing inventory, and ensuring all beverages meet our presentation and quality expectations.
Job Requirement:
A minimum of 3 years in a bartending or beverage management role is essential. A certification in mixology or hospitality is an added benefit.
You should have strong knowledge of spirits, wines, and cocktails, excellent customer service, and leadership capabilities to train junior staff. Creativity and consistency are highly valued.
