Job Description:
We are looking for a Batch Mixer to join our food production team in Granada. In this role, you’ll be responsible for mixing raw ingredients according to standardized batch recipes for baking, cooking, or packaging. You will work with both dry and wet components, monitor mixing times, and ensure consistency in every batch.
You will operate industrial mixing machines, verify ingredient measurements, and record batch details for traceability. The job requires close coordination with the production and QA teams, especially when switching between product types or allergen-sensitive recipes.
Cleanliness, accuracy, and attention to safety are vital to this position. You will be expected to clean your station and equipment between shifts and follow company guidelines for food safety and cross-contamination prevention.
Job Requirement:
Some experience in a food production facility is preferred. On-the-job training will be provided for industrial mixing equipment and standard operating procedures.
Candidates should have basic math skills for measuring ingredients and the physical ability to lift heavy containers and stand for long periods. Reliability, attention to detail, and following instructions are crucial traits. Prior exposure to batch production environments is an added advantage.
