We are looking for a dedicated Back-of-House Manager to oversee the operations behind the scenes at our hospitality establishment in Barcelona. This role demands strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude to ensure kitchen and support teams function efficiently and effectively.
You will be responsible for supervising inventory, managing equipment maintenance, and coordinating with culinary teams to ensure service excellence. Our ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments and is adept at handling operational logistics without compromising on quality or safety standards.
Job Requirement:
Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in kitchen or restaurant operations management. A degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent is preferred but not required. Fluency in English and Spanish is a must.
You should demonstrate strong leadership abilities, be solution-oriented, and have a solid understanding of hygiene and food safety regulations. Experience in managing budgets and vendor relationships is highly desirable.
