Job Description:

The Asset Management Engineer in Zurich is responsible for tracking and optimizing the lifecycle performance of shipbuilding assets, including tools, equipment, and infrastructure. This role involves developing maintenance schedules, analyzing asset utilization data, and recommending upgrades or replacements to minimize downtime and operational costs. In Zurich, the engineer plays an essential role in ensuring that production and support facilities are efficiently managed to meet the demands of complex vessel construction projects.

Job Requirement:

  • Degree in Engineering, Asset Management, or related field

  • Experience in industrial or maritime asset management

  • Knowledge of maintenance planning and condition monitoring systems

  • Proficiency in CMMS or EAM software

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to prepare asset performance and cost reports

  • Understanding of lifecycle costing and reliability engineering

  • Familiarity with health and safety standards

  • Detail-focused and organized approach

    • Fluent in English; German preferred
