Proven experience in client relationship or account management
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong understanding of shipbuilding processes and terminology
Ability to manage multiple client portfolios and expectations

High level of professionalism and responsiveness
Capability to coordinate with cross-disciplinary teams
Strategic thinking and client-focused approach
Fluent in English; German preferred
