Job Requirement:
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Experience in customer experience or service management
Familiarity with shipbuilding or maritime service industries
Ability to design and implement service improvement plans
Strong analytical skills for evaluating customer data and feedback
Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities
Proficient in CRM systems and client tracking tools
Creative and empathetic approach to customer engagement
Ability to lead cross-functional improvement initiatives
