Job Requirement:
Degree in Law, Business Administration, or Contract Management
Experience in contract administration, preferably in shipbuilding or engineering
Strong understanding of legal terms and contractual processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract management tools
Ability to review, draft, and manage legal documents
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to coordinate across departments and external partners
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of maritime contractual practices is a plus
Fluent in English; German preferred
