Job Description:
The Aerospace Project Coordinator in Dubai is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of aerospace-related projects, including aircraft systems integration, aerostructure design, satellite development, and R&D initiatives. This role works closely with engineering teams, program managers, and regulatory bodies to ensure that project deliverables are achieved within defined timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
Key responsibilities include preparing project schedules, tracking milestones, updating documentation, managing supplier communications, and facilitating cross-functional meetings. The coordinator assists in risk assessments, resource planning, and progress reporting. They ensure that design reviews, testing schedules, and certification documentation follow civil aviation authority guidelines (e.g., GCAA, EASA).
The Aerospace Project Coordinator also liaises with procurement and finance teams to ensure timely material delivery, supports compliance tracking for aerospace standards (DO-178C, DO-254), and helps prepare documentation for technical audits. The position requires coordination across engineering, logistics, and quality assurance functions.
This is a highly collaborative role essential to managing the lifecycle of complex aerospace programs while ensuring technical precision and regulatory alignment.
Job Requirement:
A bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Project Management is required, with 3–5 years of experience in aerospace, defense, or aviation project coordination. Knowledge of aviation design and certification standards, project management software (e.g., MS Project or Primavera), and risk management tools is essential. Strong communication, scheduling, and documentation skills are critical. English fluency is mandatory; Arabic is advantageous.
