Job Description:
The Airfare Pricing Analyst in Al Ain is responsible for analyzing fare structures, competitive pricing, and market conditions to help set optimal fare levels for the airline. This role ensures profitability while maintaining competitiveness across global and regional markets.
Core responsibilities include analyzing historical sales data, fare elasticity, and competitor pricing to adjust pricing tiers and manage fare filing processes. The analyst monitors market trends, evaluates GDS outputs, and collaborates with network planning and marketing teams to align pricing with seasonal strategies and demand forecasts.
They are also responsible for fare class management, fuel surcharge evaluations, and support of promotional fare campaigns. This position works within the airline’s pricing system (ATPCO/SITA) to ensure timely and accurate fare filing and provides insights to senior pricing managers on pricing effectiveness and revenue performance.
This analytical role is key to supporting a responsive and strategic pricing function in aviation revenue management.
Job Requirement:
A degree in Aviation Economics, Finance, or Business Analytics is required, with 3–5 years of experience in airline pricing or fare management. Familiarity with GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre), ATPCO fare filing, and pricing logic is necessary. Strong Excel and data visualization skills are important. English fluency is mandatory; Arabic is a plus.
