Job Description:

The Air Transport Risk Analyst in Ajman is responsible for evaluating risks across air transport operations, including safety, security, regulatory, and commercial exposures. The role supports the development of risk registers, conducts quantitative and qualitative analyses, and works with operational leaders to implement mitigation strategies.

Key duties include assessing risks related to airline operations, airport infrastructure, logistics, and compliance obligations. The analyst conducts scenario modeling, prepares impact assessments for operational changes, and ensures alignment with enterprise risk management (ERM) frameworks. They monitor emerging global aviation risks such as cybersecurity, climate resilience, and market volatility.

The Air Transport Risk Analyst also supports incident investigations, root cause analysis, and performance metrics tracking. They help prepare reports for internal governance committees and external regulators and may participate in safety audits and readiness assessments.

This analytical role is vital to maintaining a proactive risk culture in air transport organizations and ensuring safe, secure, and resilient aviation operations.

Job Requirement:

A bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Risk Management, or Economics is required, with 3–5 years of experience in aviation risk analysis, safety oversight, or regulatory compliance. Proficiency in risk assessment tools, data analytics, and industry frameworks (ISO 31000, ICAO SMS) is expected. The role requires excellent analytical thinking, communication, and stakeholder coordination. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
