Job Description:

The Air Transport Compliance Specialist in Ajman is tasked with ensuring adherence to regulatory, operational, and internal compliance frameworks within airline or airport environments. This role involves continuous monitoring, auditing, and reporting to ensure all aviation activities conform to civil aviation rules, security protocols, and industry standards.

Core duties include conducting internal compliance audits, maintaining compliance checklists, preparing documentation for GCAA and ICAO inspections, and monitoring key compliance metrics. The specialist supports operational departments with risk assessments, corrective action planning, and root cause analysis following audit findings.

They are also responsible for ensuring that manuals, SOPs, and staff certifications are current and aligned with legal and industry requirements. In collaboration with the safety, quality, and legal teams, the specialist drives a culture of compliance and operational excellence.

This is a hands-on role requiring attention to detail, process discipline, and continuous coordination with internal departments and regulators.

Job Requirement:

A degree in Aviation Compliance, Safety Management, or Business Law is required, with 3–5 years of experience in an aviation compliance or safety oversight role. Familiarity with GCAA Civil Aviation Regulations, ICAO standards, and audit protocols is essential. Candidates must possess strong documentation, investigation, and reporting skills. English fluency is required; Arabic is a plus.
